How we work
We are a sourcing and export partner. We find the exact item in India, buy it from the manufacturer or an authorised dealer, and ship it to you with full export paperwork.
Send your requirement
Use the quote form, WhatsApp or email. A part number or CAS number gives the fastest answer. Without one, send the machine or vehicle model, year and VIN, or a clear photo of the old part and its markings.
We confirm and quote
We check availability with our suppliers and send one quote covering item prices, packing, freight and delivery time. Quotes are usually valid for 7 days because supplier prices and freight rates change.
You confirm and pay the advance
New customers pay 100% in advance by bank transfer (SWIFT). Regular customers can agree other terms with us. We send a proforma invoice with our bank details. Always confirm bank details on a call or WhatsApp before you pay.
We order, pack and ship
We place the order, inspect the goods on arrival and pack them for export. You receive the commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill or bill of lading, and a tracking number.
Shipping
Small, urgent parcels go by air courier and usually arrive in 3 to 7 days. Larger orders go by air freight or sea freight. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP depending on what suits you. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.
Documents
Every export shipment includes a commercial invoice and packing list. On request we also arrange a certificate of origin. Chemical shipments include a safety data sheet and are packed and labelled under dangerous goods rules where they apply.
Genuine, OEM and aftermarket
We say clearly on every quote whether an item is genuine (from the brand), OEM (made by the original supplier) or aftermarket (a compatible part from another maker), so you can choose on price and quality.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for most parts. For bulk chemicals and some special-order items the supplier sets a minimum, which we state in the quote.
Can you source items that are not on this website?
Yes. Most of what we supply is not listed. Send the reference and we will check.
Which currencies do you quote in?
US dollars for international buyers and Indian rupees for buyers in India.
What if a part does not fit?
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. If we supplied the wrong item against the reference you gave, we replace it. Please confirm the part number before ordering to avoid delays.
